Prairie Pug. Book Synopsis in Rhyme


She knew where she was headed.

The Rancher oft' headed there.

Muttering, "They'll out-live us all"

[then knew that she must Dare!]


"Thair 'takin' over my pastures'

...'broke my horse leg! Bad fall!"

Yep, that's the Boss Man mutterin'in,'

"I pay the taxes..., what gall!"


Cussin' lots of other things

That really aren't so nice

...so Prairie Pug does hesitate

To now say, t'would be twice.


But,

She was ...going...to Prairie Dog Town.


The setting:

Perfect Perfect

Blue Sky Day.

Trodden horse trails

would lead the way.

No winds a'gale...


hail Merry,

No clouds, good cards, no rain

Or stickers...

Inside the paws

['they're really quite a pain.']


Not'nuthin' could it stop'er

t'was just a little dust

With Faith, Path, Purpose

The Wandering', Was a Must.


So begins Prairie Pug.

A first Solo Adventure about Life.


Lessons are learned of...

The Stage.

The Street & Agora.

Making New Friends.

And how Heart Brings One home.

To where one can Never really return the same.
